Hyvä sijainti, sopivan kokoinen huoneisto. Huoneistoon pääsi kätevästi sisään. Vuode oli hyvä ja huoneisto oli siisti.

Talossa ei ollut hissiä. Itseäni ei haitannut, mutta jos mieheni olisi ollut mukana, olisi hänelle sairauden vuoksi ollut vaikeaa nousta 4. kerrokseen. Oliko siitä tieto, ettei hissiä ole, en muista nähneeni. Eteisaulassa ei ollut valoa. Huoneistossa ei ollut TV:tä. Ainoastaan käsipyyhe oli käytössä. Tyynyliina oli ryppyinen. Huoneisto oli kylmä. WC:ssä peilikaapin ovi ei pysynyt kiinni. Eteisen ja olohuoneen oven lukon ruuvit lähes irti. Keittiön varusteita en tarkistanut, kun en tarvinnut, kuin yösijan.

Va haver un problema amb l'accés a l'apartament, ja que el propietari havia canviat el procediment i no havia actualitzat les instruccions. Malgrat això, va respondre molt ràpidament i sempre la comunicació ha estat fluida, facilitant el suport. Els nou procediment que ha posat en marxa ja no implica haver de buscar una caixa de claus amagada en una bicicleta.

Siisti yksiö hyvällä paikalla hyvien kulkuyhteyksien läheisyydessä. Kauppa ihan äärellään ja kävelymatka Triplaan. Mukavan majoittajan kanssa asiointi sujui vaivattomasti 🙂

Läget var toppen. Buss & Spårvagn nära. 15 min till Centralstation. Nära även att gå in till centrum om man vill. Huset var mycket tyst! Hyresvärden jättevänlig & hjälpsam.

Någon rökte i huset, trots förbud, för tobakslukt kom in från någon annans lägenhet. Det var det enda negativa.
