Virheelliset ohjeet avaimen hakemisesta iso miinus. Onneksi yhteydenottoon vastattiin. Suihkun letku rikki ja ruiskutti ympäriinsä. Lukuvalo (jalkalamppu) sängyn vieressä ei toiminut. Talo on kahden vilkasliikenteisen läpiajokadun risteyksessä. Katumelu kuuluu selvästi.

Vuokraaja todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Pääsin asuntoon sujuvasti. Asunnon sijainti minulle täydellinen. Keittiön varustus riittävä. Ratikka kulki vierestä ja kauppa lähellä.

Kalustus hieman kulahtanut, tv:tä ei ole.

Great location and easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Tidy and functional. Surprisingly quiet during the night.

I didn't find a bath towel, only a hand towel.

It was clean and the price was ok

To get the keys it was a total puzzle. I had to find the keys in some secret place. I searched for them more than a half an hour, meanwhile calling the owner several times which didn't answer at all. I sent a message on booking and after another half an hour he answered and said that he changed all the check-in method a couple of days ago and he didn't even noticed me. I searched for that key almost an hour to only find out that i don't have to and that there was another way to enter the apartment. I wanted to talk with the owner, rather than sending messages, but he said he was in a meeting. So the communication was extremely bad. We stayed 2 people in the apartment for 2 night and we only had half a roll of toilet paper. Not even a full roll, which is just wrong. The heater in the bathroom was running and we couldn't turn it off. Other than that, on the description it says that the apartment has streaming service (like netflix, that's what it says in the description), but the flat didn't have any tv. So, for other people that want to book this flat, buy toilet paper in advance and ask the owner a day before your arrival about the check-in method.

Clean and a great location. Although on a busy intersection the studio was quiet when the windows were closed so slept well.

The advert mentioned a separate bedroom, lounge and a separate bathroom which is incorrect. It is one studio room with a kitchenette a small lobby and a wet room.

Propriétaire très réactif et aimable, ainsi que disponible à l’arrivée. L’appartement est bien avec un bon potentiel pour devenir super. Sols propres, lits confortables faits avec draps propres.

Les clients précédents avaient laissé des aliments douteux dans le frigo et des déchets dans l’armoire, inutilisable car pleine de choses diverses en désordre. Réfrigérateur, meubles de la petite salle de bain et plaques de cuisson vétustes. Lampadaire H-S. Tous ces éléments ont été indiqués au propriétaire qui a dit prévenir la société de nettoyage
