"I have to be honest here, it was disappointing."

The location

The difficulty in getting in contact with the host and the process of getting into the unit. The non disclosure that basic necessities like towels, toilet paper, soap. etc. were not included on your stay and if we have to pay for it, it was not available on site. The air conditioner was not functioning properly.
