Excelente ubicación, la vista fenomenal. Muy amplio y bien distribuido.

No es tan insonorizado como pensábamos, y los días de fiesta en la calle o las sirenas se escuchan bastante.

Demasiado ruido por las noches, impedía un buen descanso. La regadera no regula el agua, así que estaba hirviendo o helada, fue molesto . Las almohadas son súper incómodas 😑.

The location and windows all around for a perfect views.

Location was awesome to be in the middle of the City with easy access to public transportation, the park across the street which we thoroughly enjoyed, and good proximity to groceries, and a wonderful view each day. It felt like we could be in the heart of tourism in the central square or easily go beyond that to see more of neighbourhoods that felt less historic and more authentic. The space was comfortable for a couple and we had good hot water and a portable heater was provided. The bed, bedding and bath towels were nice. The entry felt very secure and the staff always at the front door were very pleasant. There were facilities in the building to do laundry that worked fine. We enjoyed our month-long stay and had no significant issues. A plumbing issue was rectified quickly when the shower wouldn't drain, which we appreciated. WIFI was excellent. The TV was rebooted when it didn't work. There was very little in english on TV in spite of a lot of channels which wasn't an issue for us. There was no streaming services - in case one wonders.

Being in the heart of the centre city, there was some street noise and noise from dancing in the park and a nearby bar with the music thumping until 3am some nights - good earplugs and running the portable fan at night helped. The street is closed on Sunday for jogging and biking, just to be aware although it wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen could do with a few newer pans and some dishes that could go into the microwave - since the plates and bowls were metal. Only coffee, salt, and sugar was supplied, along with paper towels and toilet paper. While the place was stocked with dish soap, we bought shampoo to supplement the small containers provided since we were there a month. There is some damage to a few of the walls - cracks - but it didn't affect our stay. The two couches were ok, but not super for a long-term sleep if you needed to use them and the carpet in the living room could have been cleaner. The rest of the place was clean and comfortable.

Everything is just perfect!! Amazing experience and completely worth. There are some details that people could complain like some noise at night, but you have to be aware that it’s exactly downtown, even though, it’s not that much and music for free dancing on Sundays on the park (Alameda) that is exactly in front for example, ends at 10 pm.
