The house was new and clean and had everything you need. Very good location as it was a 20 minute walk to the CBD. Comfortable beds, quiet, black out curtains, fully equipped kitchen with enough pots to cook. Had a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and iron board. The property and bedding was very clean.

Not much to say. A few more tea towels would be great.

地理位置不错，本应该是个很好的选择。由于上一个客人离开后，清洁人员没有将两包垃圾扔掉。垃圾不知道放了多少天了，我们一开门臭气冲天！由于房间内都是地毯，臭味无法消除，整个一夜都是臭味无法入睡休息。还好只住一晚。当天向房东反映了情况，房东态度不错，还说退50新西兰币给我们，表示抱歉。 本来不想评论这不愉快的事，可是房东迟迟没有退$ 。没有信誉。$并不重要，经验教训更重要。
