Location, within the city center.

House wasn't ready when we arrived but the owner was kind enough to assure us that the property will be ready before dinner and gave us $50 refund for the inconvenience caused.

We really appreciated the facilities provided, having the washing machine/dryer, and speaker for movies or music. Comfortable beds and plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do as well.

Everything was perfect for our stay, lots of thought had clearly been put into the property!

Brand new two double bedroom semi-detached house which has all the facilties you need for a comfortable stay in Christchurch. Everything was very clean and worked well. The shower room is fine and there is plenty of powerful hot water. Beds were comfy and the linen and towels of high quality.

It is located in a residential district about a 30 minute walk from the centre of town. Not an attractive area and at night there was a lot of road noise from cars with overly loud exhausts. But that didn't affect us too much.
