"Good deal, new place, great price!"

Such a good deal to get a new place at a great price! Having 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and new homeware equipment in the house are such great comfort for 2 people plus furkid - yes the place is pet friendly at no extra charge as well. Such a gem. The location is also central with 1 private off-street parking space. Despite being on busy Bealey ave, it was surprisingly quiet enough with the noise cancelling windows. Communications with the property owner/manager Kyla was very smooth and friendly. Self-check in was also smooth, hi-tech and secure.

The place lacked blinds/curtains for some of the windows so it didn’t feel very private in certain parts of the house - a motel and dental practice are next to the accommodation and we could look into the buildings. But this can easily be fixed along with some cosmetic house fixture improvements.
