"A perfectly functional family holiday."

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all exceptionally polite (except one man on reception) and the food was fantastic. The room was small, but perfectly functional and was cleaned daily. The entertainment had something for everyone and the entertainments team were lovely. The grounds are beautiful and really enjoyable to be in. My husband and I don't generally enjoy the all inclusive hotel experience as we have had bad experiences, but this is the best experience we have had with this type of holiday. All floors are accessible via lift which was important to us as my Mother in Law uses a walker.

The beds are 2 singles with nothing to hold them together as a double. This meant we kept falling down the gap between the beds. The doors throughout the hotel do not have soft closers, so slam at all hours. The dining room does not have adequate seating, we took our elderly parents out for dinner on our last night because there wasn't adequate seating and it was a bit of a free for all that they are too frail to cope with. The layout of the indoor bar seating is very strange- in rows facing the wrong way. I think this needs a rethink. Our shower leaked. We reported it to reception and it was "fixed" but it still created a puddle on the floor with every shower. We just used towels to contain it.

Hotel propre

Pas bouilloire dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner qu'à partir de 8 heures un peu tard. Repas plus que moyen. Pas de changement de drap tous les jours. Pas d'animation le soir.

Un grand merci au personnel agréable et disponible. Place de parking gratuite dans la rue. Propreté de la chambre, vue dégagée et confort de la literie. Grand buffet à volonté, bon produits et horaires proposés pour petit déjeuner et repas du soir. Piscine spacieuse intérieure et extérieure. Excellent séjour passé à Calla Millor.
