GBPerfect location for Bamburgh castle, lovely little walk, rooms were clean and comfortable, a tad on the small size for tall people but ok for a short stay,
Could do with its own hottub as shared one is not ideal when a large family with children arrived and took over the tub, conservatory was full of flies which was very annoying, table tennis room could do with a good clean, coupd not find the tennis rackets,
GBPerfect location. Really peaceful. Wonderful accommodation with a really well equipped kitchen. The towels were huge and fluffy! Thoughtful gestures of tea and coffee and cookies. Games. Books. And the conservatory dining room is fabulous. We spent all our time in there.
Would have loved some sun loungers and comfortable outdoor chairs as it was so hot!

We thought hot tub was with property but it was communal. This wasn’t suitable my husband is having chemotherapy at moment so can’t mix which is why we booked the private property. The property took a while to warm luckily there was wood burner.

GBThe lighting in the kitchen wasn’t good , very dark , whilst trying to cook . Not well lit outside , having to park the car away from the cottage . Didn’t like that dogs were allowed to use the garden as there toilet , where the children’s play area and hot tube and gym and barbecue were .
GBGreat location near Bamburgh. Liked the hot tub which was maintained daily. Tennis court was good. Property was clean.
It is worn. Furniture is looking tatty and old It was clearly very nice when it was first done but feel like it needs a bit of investment. So many comments from last year in the visitor book saying the same thing. Mattresses on beds very poor
