The hospitality stands out—warm, attentive, and consistent. The food is very good and reasonably priced, making it an overall affordable and satisfying stay. A special mention to the Manager, Mohammed Sydiq, who is always available to assist and ensures that the staff remain courteous and polite at all times. His commitment to guest comfort really enhances the experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ooty!

- didn’t accept the reservation made on booking.com. They asked for 50% payment right when made the reservation. They didn’t trust the customer would show up and said booking.com reservation is not valid unless paid upfront. - at checkin wanted cash and didn’t want to accept credit card - said that even though reservation was for 3 people, he would charge for extra bed - front desk person denied providing heater and my father fell sick overnight due to cold - the customer service was poor - location was far from ooty so plan accordingly

First of all, the location this is situated at is beautiful for a calm stay with your family enjoying the nature.Everything about this place was good, the staff, the cleanliness, the food and the value for money, it's totally worth it. You can ask for arranging a private campfire.
