"Superb"

Excellent location. Not met the host in person but the communication was superb and everything was taken care of with clear instructions to follow and a welcome folder pack awaiting us with lots of info on local tourist attractions etc. Very clean and comfortable house, complete with free Wi-Fi, TV and a selection of board games for adults and kids. If we're ever in this area again we'll be sure to come back. Thank you, Catherine!

Lovely, clean and spacious. Friendly helpful host.

Close to main road. Whilst no problem for me, my friend had the double bedded front room and she was not used to traffic noise. It would not stop me from staying again though.

Such a beautiful little home in Matlock. We stayed as a family for 3 with my 5 year old daughter. Plenty of free parking in nearby streets and a bus stop straight outside the doorstep took us into Matlock Bath. Very close to Chatsworth house and Bakewell for exploring. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The decor was beautiful and the house very clean. The host was so friendly and responsive to messages. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

House was exceptionally clean and in a good location. Had no complaints

If I had to pick a fault, I prefer to have my car parked at the property rather than around the corner on a side street
