"A fabulous stay in a fabulous house with my fabulous friends"

The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Located 20 mins from town. The house had everything we needed with lots of nice touches such as brew stuff and biscuits. We all slept so well. The host was super helpful with great communication.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

"We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Matlock, Bakewell and that area."

We were self catering. House very clean and well fitted out in kitchen. Parking was available quite close by which was good. Main bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Second bedroom was fine for our son.

Staircase was very steep so was a bit difficult for me but once upstairs all was fine. Otherwise all fine.

"Perfect Holiday Home"

Perfect holiday home, very cosy and has everything you need. Super clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Loved the garden for my dog. Very close to local town and shops, we enjoyed exploring the local area and further afield in the beautiful Peak District. Host was super friendly with good communication. There’s a busy road outside but it’s not loud at night, ear plugs were provided in case of disturbances but we didn’t need these, the host thought of it all. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again!

Clean, good instructions

There was parking out of sight in the roads nearby. I thought the description said parking which I took to mean parking on drive.

Stairs very steep need to have a safety gate top and bottom and hand rail as we did have young children with us

Location, cleanliness, warm. Could come and go as we pleased because we had to be up early (5am) and back late (after 9pm)

Clean comfortable and lovely location. This was a properly furnished holiday cottage and we really enjoyed the board games too thank you

All great, mattress on main bed could be firmer but I guess that's personal preference

"Clean and lovely house close to Pick District!"

The holiday home was located near the attractions we wanted to go to so this was our best solution. It was easy direction to get there, and the house was lovely, clean and prepared for our arrival. Bedrooms were prepared nicely, and all fresh was waiting for us, we enjoyed staying at Two Four Four!

There is nothing that we did not like there.
