Location was excellent

The view. The location was fantastic. Apartment was basic but suited our needs.Now has hair dryer in the bathroom. Clean and comfortable apart from the squeaky double.

No kettle or Coffee machine. Couldn't check in earlier than 4. (We were on an early morning flight)

Great location very spacious

Only thing I would say is maybe is the shower above the bath could do with a shower curtain as it makes the floor very wet and slippy

Great apartment, fab location with generous terrace and balcony on quiet end of Levante, well equipped electrically with fridge/ freezer , toaster, kettle, coffee machine washing machine etc, great for families.

Kitchen carcasses internally need a bit of TLC, All cupboards were stripped bare of all household cleaning products, which was poor. We purchased all cleaning products on arrival, and left them at the apartment on departure for next guests arriving including kitchen towels and toilet rolls, capsules for washing machine however we guess they will have been removed, such a waste of money and products and an unnecessary cost to guests following behind. These simple basic necessities make a huge difference when scoring a property. A single sachet of washing up liquid when 5 people staying and using the kitchen. Any other property we have booked and stayed in have been better equipped with basics, just a point to note! Save yourselves money, leave for others as a courtesy what has been left by previous guests to get them started, guests appreciate that. We seemed to be bothered /bitten by several mosquitos in bathroom area, possibly coming in through vent on wall, surprised to see so many in December! We cleaned the apartment as soon as we went in, and were disappointed to find the floors very dirty with long black hairs ( none of us have long black hair) and very dusty too. There is a lot of built up dust/fluff in kitchen at low level corner cupboards, guess its still there if its the same cleaner each time. Perhaps an inspection on the cleanliness of the apartment might be an idea, as an €80 cleaning fee is charged within our room rate, and the apartment definitely didn't meet a clean floors standard. Our sheets and towels were clean and fresh We also mopped the floors on arrival. When mopping later in the week, the shaft broke off as it was rusted and rotten. I have a photo to prove we didn't break it maliciously. Unfortunately we couldn't tell anyone on the morning we left as it was 3 Kings day, and Benidorm Booking.com office was closed, when we returned the keys to the keybox at 7.

The apartment could do with an update. The bed in the master bedroom is the smallest double bed I’ve seen. Also the frame is so squeaky it makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep. The dog in the next apartment constantly barking is annoying . The apartment is meant for 6 but the lounge seating only sits four, well three actually (2 seater sofa 2 chairs one of which was broken)

Apartment was in good location clean and easy to find had everything needed for could days stay

Beds was comfy just frames are very noise when turning over on them

6 of us staying, 2 out of the 4 outdoor chairs were broken Air con in bedroom leaking (Both of the above were reported on the second day but nothing done about it) Double bed was ridiculously noisy, literally, I’m not being dramatic when I say, if you coughed, the bed would squeak!! No hairdryer - where do you stay nowadays that does not provide a hairdryer? No loungers by poolside and not enough chairs provided
