"A few issues"

Cleanliness was an issue, broken chair on arrival, cockroaches probably getting in from holes in the kitchen,double bed so squeaky if you move and very hard mattress it on it….. very disappointing as the location and size was amazing.

"Very disappointing apartment"

Location right on sea front

Very Dated , no safety deposit box , Unable to lock patio doors , not informed how to use pool which needed to get keys and pay on a Monday had no sun lounges any way , unable to use outdoor lift for disabled, poor sound proof windows, cockroach in kitchen ,

The location and the price. Cheap and cheerful and great value for money.

No spare keys / only two sets of keys for 5 people left folk locked out. Beds very uncomfortable. Air conditioning in main bedroom flooded bedroom. Massive hole in wall / vandalism in main bedroom not repaired from previous tenants. Building work in flat directly above woke us up early every morning. Other than that it was great

"Perfect location for groups"

Perfect location for groups looking to explore the main part of Benidorm. Lovely views out over the beach.

Not every bedroom has air conditioning. This is was uncomfortable in Mid July.
