Nice and warm stay for 5 nights.

The property was in a great location, really spacious open plan setting. The beds were big and comfortable, sofa was really comfortable and great position to watch tv comfortably. Kitchen had all the appliances you could need! The property looks like the photos :) and the bed with built in tv is really cool touch!

Not a dislike but could be improved on, there was no toiletries at all. I didn’t think to pack hand wash so this is something I think could be thought of maybe for future guests! There was also old food items that we found the morning we checked out and only noticed them due to the smell, I reached out to the property owner to let them know (again not a complaint we understand things get missed) they was so apologetic and handled it very professionally.

The sofa just terrible for older people we are fit 69 & 66 yr olds just not a good chouce for all age groups, also small bed.

Location is great. Easy to find and close to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby and main shopping centre about 10 - 15 mins walk. Otherside of Cheltenham from the racecourse. Quite a bit of open space available nearby. Has all the basic stuff supplied and a lovely spacious kitchen area. Place is very spacious for 2 people but need to be careful of the sloping ceiling.

Would have like a dustpan and brush to sweep up dust from floor. Sofa was very deep nice for curling up in but not great for sitting in for us.

Lovely place to stay, would definitely use again if I'm in the area.

Stayed for 2 nights as a group of 4 girls for a weekend in Cheltenham. Fab location - super central to the nice shops, bars and restaurants of Montpelier and nice style of property. Parking space right outside the property. Lovely and clean, super comfy beds and nice living space just right for what we needed.

We had a great stay so the below is just intended to help improve. The following would be useful to improve the stay: • Only 2 wine glasses and 4 of us staying so a couple of extra glasses would be great •Hand soap in the bathroom would be nice as only had hand gel antibac • As a self catered property having salt and pepper would be good as we cooked on first night and didn't think to buy • Add bedside tables to second bedroom • Great to have ironing board and iron but ironing board needs a cover • Written instructions for cooker etc would be helpful • Only 1 loo roll. Would expect at least 2 for a 2 night stay of 4 people Other than above we had a great stay and property and location great.

The property is lovely, comfortable and finished to a really high spec. The sofa and tv set up is super cosy and we really enjoyed our time here.

In our opinion, there are a handful of small things that could be improved that let the stay down. For example there was not enough toilet roll for our stay so we had to purchase more, no tea towel in the kitchen, only 2 wine glasses, cutlery was dirty, no toilet bin, coffee machine was dirty and no instructions on how to use, no dishwasher tablet provided, no bedside tables in 1 of the bedrooms. We’ve stayed in many apartments and air bnbs where the basics are provided so I think for the price this should also be the case at this property. The heating was also really confusing and we find the property was too hot (even in February). Some instructions would have been great.

House was lovely and great location. Really generous sized rooms and good layout. Very good TV and kitchen appliances too for nights in.

Weird built in coffee machine was a bit dirty and the place overall was very warm even with the thermostat turned down in February but still very happy with it overall

Nothing to like. Didn’t actually get to stay in the property because I was moved to a different property at the last minute.

Noise all night from traffic, the property was actually on a the corner of a busy junction in the centre of Cheltenham, on one of the MSR’s into the town. The bedroom is right next to traffic lights and instead of block out curtains it has blinds which doesn’t block out any light and because of the traffic lights it turns the room into a disco after dark. Rented a two bedroom apartment was actually put in a one bedroom apartment. No bath, the electric shower was poor. Was offered a £50 refund by CGT Stays which hasn’t been refunded and doesn’t represent going from a two bedroom rental in a quiet area to a one bedroom “make do”. Overall, pretty much a terrible experience with CGT stays.

Booked this apartment for a Christmas and Birthday celebration for my partner and parents, I had No communication with the owners before or during the day we arrived. I messaged several times during the day about gaining access code for the apartment. By the evening I still haven’t got anything from the owners and after ringing and messaging again many times, still no answer or reply. My party of 4 ended up sleeping in our car. Awaiting refund
