good location, high spec apartment, built in coffee machine, comfortable sofa, looks larger than in the photos.

Glass panels on bathroom door, had to use a towel to cover for privacy, no fan so condensation on windows.

We loved the location and there was ample parking for 2 cars.

We didn't like the frosted glass in the bathroom door -on one occasion I managed to get stuck in the bathroom due to the door catching on the floor so we did not fully close the door after that. We couldn't figure out how to use the induction hob - some instructions might have been helpful. Similarly we couldn't figure out how to turn the heating off or on - although it was working because the apartment was warm enough. We also had to buy a sharp knife to cut bread and fruit as could not find one in the property.

The property was easy to find. The parking area was large. The instructions for entry to the property were very clear and there was good information on who to contact if there were problems. There were a few problems with the heating and internet but George and his team went out of their way to solve the problem. We can’t thank them enough!

Entry via the key was difficult as the key would not turn in the lock easily.

High standard furnishing

Location and parking was great for the Cheltenham literature festival. It was clean and very functional. Perfect for what we needed. Good location for restaurants and events.

Tiny things = a bathroom bin would have been useful - coffee machine lovely but bit complicated - there was a lot of noise one night with people fighting or slamming doors but that is out of control of the owner! Probably just a one off on one night Second bedroom could use a bedside table - not criticisms just suggestions.
