Location perfetta, dall’hotel a piedi si possono raggiungere tutte le maggiori attrazioni

Good location (close to Waverley), very central, but it was quiet at night. Easy to access- no reception staff, but received code for front door and keysafe to collect room key. Room- a twin on 2nd floor- was exactly as shown in photos. All very clean and comfortable. Good coffee shop practically opposite the hotel.

Je me suis fait piquer par des punaises de lit les 2 nuits un peu partout sur le corps, ce n'est vraiment pas agréable. Les démangeaisons ont duré 3 jours après mon départ. :-( J'ai vérifié les draps et replis du matelas, pas trouvé de punaises, mais trouvé les signes habituels : excréments, taches de sang.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our two night stay. Wasn't expecting our beds to be made on day 2 which was an added bonus. Even though it was unmanned they sent an email to ask if everything was as we expected.

Would have loved it to have been a little cheaper, particularly reflecting the fact that it was an unmanned property, but otherwise it was great.

Great location, near the train station. Walkable to lots of sites. Cozy clean room.

I didn't have any trouble with check in but saw guests who did - and who had trouble getting in contact with staff to help with check in issues.

Good location, not that far from Waverley train station, instructions on how to enter the premises and how to get the key were very clear. It was very clean.

There is no lift, I had to leave my big suitcase on the ground floor on an open area at my own risk. They could have done better by making provision for secure storage or have a lift for the upper floors. We were senior citizens which made it impossible to carry the suitcase on that high rise spiral stairs all the way to the 2nd floor.

camera familiare molto spaziosa. Letti comodi. Procedura di self check ben spiegata e facile da seguire. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Endinburgo anche a piedi. Nei dintorni dell'albergo ci sono molte opzioni per colazioni dolci e salate.

Camera confortevole e pulita buono il bagno anche per tre persone

Mancanza dell'ascensore ma all'andata la valigia è stata portata da uno dello staff e gli odori molto forti della cucina all'ingresso

Très difficile d’obtenir les clés, la chambre n’était pas du tout conforme au photo, c’était très très petit.
