"Exceptional"

Close to food, tram, bus, and laundromat. Good size room. Kettle, tea and coffee supplied in room. Rooms serviced ie beds made, towels replaced if wanted, and Rubbish removed daily. Seamless contactless check in. Instructions sent in messages and easy to do. Lots of activity flyers and pamphlets in the reception area which was helpful.

Note: only stairs access to rooms.

The hotel is old no lift. I lived in third floor the stairs were very small and narrow. Beds are moving during sleeping.

Location was very good, near city centre with local services close by.

Access to property was difficult, some other guests were noisy until early hours of the morning.
