The area in which the guesthouse is situated, is quiet and peacefull. Everything we possibly needed is there

It was extremely difficult to identify the correct addres. No signs outside the gate to indicate the correct addres, no street number. Unfortunately the host did not answer the telephone to help us out, we wasted almost 2 hours before phone was answered. Residents in area also could not direct us because no one is aware of existance of place. In the place itself there is mildew in the bathroom

The owners were very helpful and attentive to our needs..The place is very clean and cozy. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Bloemfontein..

Bloemfontein is beautiful, the venue itself is decent the facilities,and amenities are passable despite it being on a dirt road with no signage anywhere near the venue you kind of have to decipher where you're going which is terrible if you're new to the area and the owner doesn't pick up her phone,despite this I cant fault the venue itself but wont be returning due to poor communication practices.

Lack of communication from the owner...I initially requested to check in early,when it was made clear that check in was specifically at 2pm and if I wanted to check in earlier I would have to pay for this... I expressly communicated to the owner that I'd be arriving exactly at 2pm. Upon arrival despite numerous calls and messages she only responded to my messages at 3:15pm. Upon leaving i requested once again if I could leave early at 9am she said this was fine at 10am after numerous calls and messages I left the key for her behind the gate as i couldnt reach her.This has left a bad taste in my mouth despite the venue itself and amenities being passable so naturally I wont be returning but wish her all the best for future endeavours

We had a great stay in the 2 bed apartment. It's well furnished, private and the surroundings are so peaceful. We immediately felt relaxed and at home on arrival. Kids loved the swimming pool.

Inan was sweet and welcoming. It was clean and peaceful.

The initial directions were very inadequate and we had to phone to get help finding it. There was no soap at all. It would have been lovely to have some hand soap and dishwasher soap. To at least wash hands and our travelling mugs. The morning after we arrived the shower water was only luke warm.
