Treetop View Cosy Getaway in Eastbourne, Free Parking, Short and Long stays,

Beautiful, cosy apartment with all we needed for our 5 nights long stay. The owner's communication was on top, really fast, effective, great at finding solutions to challenges. The infopack shared with us before arrival was really helpful and was something outstanding - have never seen something like this before. The owner seemed to care a lot about our stay and wellbeing, which was appreciated, too. The location was great just, 15-20mins walking away from the center or from the seaside. Quiet, peaceful street. Both the bed and the sofabed was very comfortable and the place was super clean indeed! We are very grateful and we'll definitely retun once in Eastbourne again.

We found the description misleading with mentioning "separate bedroom", to us this meant an extra room or at least a well separated sleeping area which was not the case. When we talked about this on the phone upon arrival, I understood it was just a different interpretation - probably it's a cultural difference. The owner also understood it was important for us to have the seperate sleeping area and has done all they could to get the best out of the given circumstances. We appreciated the way they listened to us, heard us out and focused on finding a solution.

Impeccably clean with good facilities (including a very generous kitchen), & in a very convenient location.

If I’m being pernickety, another chair in the lounge would be good ( a back problem made the sofa a little low for me)

The place was beautifuly finished and well thought out

The sofa bed was a little hard and the main bed very noisy.

Very clean and everything you could need for a short break. Had to ring owner twice she was very friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the tv and couldn’t get it to work and had to use our own Netflix subscription. We did inform the owner.

Very clean, everything is brand new, comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The sofa bed was not the best but it was fine for our 4 year old. I'm not sure an adult would comfortably sleep on it.

Absolutely immaculate, everyone felt brand new and spotlessly clean! Great having everything you could possibly need - cooking facilities, books and games, TV, washing machine, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner provided etc
