Loved the property, very neat and tidy.

The bathroom was too small.

A very nice compact well equipped studio. Nice quiet road back from the hustle of Eastbourne seafront, although Parking available on the street. A short drive to seafront and a little further to sovereign harbour.

There wasn’t a toilet roll holder and the one loo roll got wet from the spray of water from the tiny sink. No bath mat.

The property was very, dry clean. Due to family illness we needed to change the dates of our stay. Jade went above and beyond to rearrange our stay. I can never thank her enough.

The only issue we had was the bed settee was not very comfortable I think they could be upgraded

There was a very unpleasant smell of drainage in the apartment. They tried to cover the smell with chemical scents, but this made it even more unpleasant. Although we were offered the apartment for four people for quite a high price, the beds were just enough for 2, at the very highest three people. There were not enough towels and the promised washing machine could only be used at certain times. In the bathroom there is only one sink, which is also the sink for the toilet. The drain was clogged and the basin could not really be used. The shower device was broken and could not be used properly either. There is also a problem with mice and ants in the house where there are some vacation apartments. It was also very unpleasant that as a vacation guest in the house you obviously disturb the actual tenants and you had the impression of being an instrument of gentrification. The renting agency obviously tries to make the biggest financial profit with very little means. All fur coat and no knickers.

Nice layout and quiet location. Everything was made available and the information booklet(electronic) was well presented.

This place is for a couple + 1 We came with our 16 and 8 kids. The extra bed in this place could only accommodate only 1 kid.
