Lovely decor, nice a compact/ modern property. Good shower.

The tiny sink which is on top of the toilet cistern, it's not really fit for purpose. Builders banging from 8 am right outside the window.

It was modern, clean and quiet as the property is situated on a side road. Jade the owner answered all my questions quickly and was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed for a 4 night stay and was so well equipped and close to Eastbourne centre. I would definitely recommend it!

Clean premises and convenient, quiet location. The heating was not working the day we arrived but this was promptly dealt with once I reported it.

The bathroom was a bit cramped with a tiny sink but this is only a minor inconvenience.

The property was clean and located in a nice area. At night time it was particularly quiet, which suited us since we were going to wake up early for a lo g walk.

There was a mix-up about the keys and we had to wait an hour to check in, not too dramatic and the owner/manager was responsive and efficient in solving the issue, but the check-in process could be smoother in my opinion. The actual property was ok, but did not look as nice. as in the pictures. it was quite small and there wasn’t a lot of privacy, plus the bed was really small and quite uncomfortable (we are two pretty skinny people and generally don’t find bed small). The room was ok, but too expensive for what it was.

the room was clean!, everything we could of asked for. and an even lovelier host. goes beyond our expectations.
