Nothing all it was disgusting🤮🤮🤮🤮

Room at the back of house outside room very dark like where staff stayed. Neighbours were screaming and fighting next door. Staff don't know what they doing even though I booked online. I was like a surprise for them. No manager on site and the staff did not know where or when a manager would be there. No phone number either for the owner or manager. Had to ask for coffee, milk and sugar. No tv no aircon, fridge in room was not working, everything was broken and dirty. No even the bed lamps worked. However the wifi password was given to me. Bedding was dirty, bathroom dirty and dusty looked like the mould tiles and shower was cleaned long ago. Only one small and one big towel for 2 adults absolute terrible room. This is not worth the money at all. Booking.com needs to view properties themselves before trusting reviews. Big no no from me. YUCK!!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮

the staff lady was nice. I liked the fact that our unit was separate to the house and the kitchen and iron were easily accessible.

I don't like to complain but our room reeked of cigarette, TV wasn't working, shower door broken, lights went off without an apology and noisy at night and to top it all, the lady wasn't in the premises when we had to leave and we ended knocking on another visitor's door to ask for assistance with opening the gate and I'm glad we returned the key the night before and got our cashback. the place needs Maintenace.

Clean room and bedding. My request to check in early was granted. Wifi was good.

My stay was not pleasant because my sleep was affected due to other guests making a noise. The motorised gate also made a lot of noise. During the day the staff made a noise by talking very loud while they were socializing in the Lounge/Reception area. Access to the facility was restricted because the guests have to contact the staff to open the gate to enter or exit the facility. This caused guests to make a noise because the staff was sleeping and the guests were frustrated because access control was a big issue. I expected to have a good rest because I had to go work in the morning but due to the noise, my sleep was badly affected. The fridge in the kitchen needs a thorough cleaning aswell.

The sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear water running whenever someone took a shower, which was quite disturbing. At around 5:00 AM, one of the guests returned to their room, and a loud commotion followed involving door slamming and someone shouting "Malcolm," which made it impossible to sleep. I ended up checking out early around 8 AM, just to get out. I also forgot my charger with adapter and arranged an Uber delivery to collect it, but the caretaker only handed back the charger — not the adapter — which was disappointing.

Close to highways

No WiFi, no means of plugging in lamp as no adaptor plug, parking of multiple cars a challenge,
