The facility was good nice place to be

The staff that on duty wasn't helpful ,seems like they weren't sure of what they were doing and you have to wait long when you ask for help especially in the kitchen

"Staff attitude , fealty facility and they were entertaining their own friend we were just not happy"

Great Personality and Politeness from Princess welcomed us and felt at Home and Relaxed, we were able to use Kitchen facilities to prepare our dinner. Rooms are kept clean and tidy and Thankful to the Hosts that allowed us to choose the room of our preferred choice🤗 Location is very close shops and 15 minutes away from Cape Town Airport.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

NOTHING ‼️

You are greeted by a lady looks like she is working in a stripclub. Shower very dirty. The kitchenette in the family room is gross. The people are laughing and talking the whole night untill after midnight with NO consideration for the guests ‼️ This was a nightmare experience and for that reason we didn't even slept there the second night 😡
