Tent does the job, the bathroom was clean and everything was as promised.

The breakfast wasn't too filing (or maybe it felt like that because I was about to walk on Via degli Dei that day and wanted more sustentance) Also maybe I missed it in the description, but I didn't see that there were no towel provided on the tent option.
