Location was great. So much room in the apartment.

Parking was initially a problem because we were told our unit didn’t have parking pass but that was taken care of promptly.

"Good location, but poorly equipped and lack of communication"

Location was great for Cedar Point. It was on the water but the view overlooked the parking lot and trash cans. There was a nice gym, but pool and hot tub were not open, which was disappointing because we had planned on swimming. The building itself was quiet and safe, we saw only 1 other person during the 4 days were stayed. The beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the multiple loft rooms.

We booked this rental specifically because it included a washer and dryer, but the washer was full of dirty towels and was broken. Overall the unit was poorly equipped. There were no hangers in the closet. We had to use the few bath towels that were supplied to wash dishes because there were no paper towels or kitchen towels. There were only 3 forks for a unit that sleeps 8+. There were no check-in or check-out instructions or any information, so I ended up having to call multiple times to ask questions. The management company was quick to remedy the issues that they could, but they could definitely do a better job on the front end to require less effort of their guests.

Active water leak, called twice; room was hot cause they turned the air off. Floor was wet from the leak.

"Amazing! Absolutely loved it!"

It was bigger than expected. The photos do not do justice for the rooms! We have 8 kids, 2 adults, & we bring our Grandma. We had room for everyone. The steam room is absolutely amazing! Customer service was a breeze to call. The WiFi & TVs worked perfectly. It was very clean, extra blankets if needed.

There were a few minor things broken, including the washer/dryer (we visited the waterpark so we needed to be able to wash our bathing suits) but overall, we will be coming back to this location!

Location.

The cleaning company is not doing a good job. The owners need to visit and see for themselves. Splatter around the walls near sinks/toilets…. We had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels out for us….. it wasnt until we were preparing for checkout(instructed to start washer, which we couldnt) we realized the dryer and washer were full of linens/towels. The place needs some attention(chipped paint/broken handles knobs) glassware(several cracked/chipped) and it was put away dirty….no instructions for operation of remotes for TV(never was able to get the “cable” advertised). Chairs for the balcony would be a nice option. A deep clean is needed on this place!!

It was clean and spacious

I didn't like that my reservation was downgraded to a different location and without my knowledge, the staff gave me no heads up as to what the issues were just sent me an email to a location I DIDN'T BOOK. I was promised a $100 refund for the inconvenience being that the room I was given had less amenities, also NOT on the lake like I had paid for in my original booking... We are going on the second week since my stay and still no refund or communication . We made the best of it, it wasn't that 201 Fulton wasn't nice but it wasn't what I paid for and giving someone your word on a reimbursement then giving them the run around every time they call is not good business practice. Won't be booking with them anymore.
