Cinque Terre Euphoria - 3bdr Apartment

It was a spacious and clean property. Very close to La spezia central. lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

One of the bath had only head shower but no hand shower and would have been good if shower supplements were provided.

Lounge room was so dark. Not nicely decorated. In one of the bathrooms the shower flooded the whole bathroom

Location. Very near the train station. We arrived late because of the flight delay and fully-booked train. Teo helped us with the self-check in and it was very easy and convenient. The apartment is big and beautiful and well newly-renovated with 2 balconies. The 3 bedrooms and beds are big and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine too. There is also a grocery store and vegetable store downstairs right beside your door, very convenient too. The central city where restaurants and shopping stores is just a walking distance about 5 minute walk. Marina is a 10 min walk. The owner and caretaker Teo were very prompt in answering queries through What’s up. They helped us a lot in any way they could. Thank you so much! We will stay at your apartment again when in La Spezia. Thank you for a nice and satisfied stay!

Nothing. Maybe 1. the door of the dishwasher and under the sink should be fixed. 2. It will be nice to have something on the wall (beside the door) to hang the keys. 3. Need a place to put shampoo and soap in the shower room

Location, literally next door to the train station. It says 2nd floor but different interpretation, should be floor 3. But that’s okay. Apartment is big so no complaints.

The furnishings a little dated. WiFi certain area got blind spot. The bed is probably a little too soft. Inside the wardrobes are the cleaning tools, thought should place somewhere else. A little salt & pepper - condiments will be nice. No big complaints really though.

Restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment, furniture is comfortable, and the place is nice. The tv is great.

The owner did not inform us of water heating issues and did not respond to emails following water problems. The kitchen sink door is broken and the washing machine leaks water. A terrible odor from bathroom and shower is poorly sealed, leaking water out.

Theo is a very kind host and was always available.

Everything was ok. My only complaint is about the one bathroom that floods and does not drain. Toilet paper was also missing. Everything else was very good.

Location excellent, large living area. Plenty of room for 6 adults.

Bathroom door lock didn’t work, kitchen cupboards need repair, bedroom 2 mattress could do with replacing.

Decent clean place with few small caveat.

Lobby and stairs were not clean, AC was not cooling first night we reached there, strong odor from one of bathroom at night, pillows very flat, also elevator was not working few times.
