Manque d’aeration / climatisation dans le fond de l’appartement (au niveau de la cuisine et des salles de bain)

El piso es céntrico y puedes ir andando prácticamente a todos los lugares turísticos de interés. Además, es bastante amplio y el salón está equipado con una mesa grande donde comer si es necesario. No nos dejaron gel pero se ofrecieron a venir a reponerlo, aunque ya lo habíamos comprado. Sí dejan toallas y ropa de cama.

Es una calle de bares muy ruidosa hasta las 2 o 3 de la mañana dependiendo del día. La única habitación con luz natural da para esa calle, por lo que se escucha todo, y las otras dos no tienen ventilación propia. Al baño grande se accede desde una de las habitaciones pequeñas, teniendo que interrumpir. El baño pequeño es extremadamente pequeño e incómodo para ducharse (ni siquiera lo intentamos). Los colchones deberían ser cambiados ya que están hundidos.

I loved that there was a door code as I was travelling with my family and people could go and do their own thing and access the property without having to worry about keys. Communication was great and the three rooms were good. I liked that there were two bathrooms, great for sharing. Was well stocked with cutlery and cups etcs. Location in terms of ease of access to the city was great - so easy to walk everywhere.

We loved our stay but future guests must be aware, this is a PARTY street. My partner and I arrived on a Friday night and the whole street was full of young people and music was blasting. There was no aggression or anything, and there is security but the main thing is the thumping base. By sunday night, when my elder parents arrived, it was ok, just light acoustic music and some talking. I note that the council does a great job of cleaning the street by the morning, which was nice, and it is beautiful and quiet in the day on a weekend, just a few people doing their daily activities. Having to walk my 76 year old father passed a bar with about 100 bras hung up outside, or by a giant blow up ***** was funny at the time but maybe someone elses family would not appreciate this. I would say not appropriate if you have young kids because even though there are sturdy shutters, the music was still THUMPING. We had a good time, were able to participate in this fun street, and we had read other people's reviews prior so were expecting some noise but the sheer scale of it was a bit of a shock.

The location is really awesome. I had work with a lot of evening engagements. Being able to get into bed less than 10m after finishing a late meeting is bliss. The noise wasn't as bad as I feared.

The wifi configuration is shit. There's so many networks that even my own hotspot couldn't connect most of the time. This results in no, or bad connection, so I could not work in the place. There's no gaspipe into the property. The heating, cooking, and warm water work on a gas container, which was empty on arrival. I reported the wifi and cold water as soon as I found out. There were no way to replace the gas container, which I found after three days of searching. I was offered help on day 4 when I already moved to another place. It takes only so much cold showers for me to question my life choices and just leave.

Close to the center od Lisbon

We would definitely not return to this location. Apart from the noise from the street - we expected bustle, it's a fun part of town - the noises from the neighbouring flats were annoying. Neither the walls nor the ceiling are soundproofed. However, what is unacceptable is the apartment itself - it was really dirty: dust in the bathroom, a very dirty mirror, a sticky table in the living room, a dirty sock of the previous guests under the sofa.... The two ‘bedrooms’ have no windows - one has a glass door to the living room and the other, the one with two single beds - doesn't even have space for a suitcase, has no window at all and - you go through it to the bigger bathroom. The smaller one is a toilet and a shower pushed into a corner with a fabric curtain. Anyway - on the day of departure there was no hot water ( the gas cooker jammed or the gas in the cylinder ran out ). A day trip after washing your head in icy water is unforgettable. Add to that the ultrasteep stairs to the 3rd floor - and we have the set in one word ‘not recommended’.

Lots of space, good location, cheap. Good for a group of people, good app linked to opening doors.

Lots of stairs to get to apartment, leak in one of the bedrooms, shower temperate hit and miss in bigger bathroom. Didn’t removed plug from shower in shower room so ended up with lots of water on floor, needs mirrors in bedrooms for when people in bathrooms, staff sent a LOT of messages, had to pay deposit twice due to them refunding a week after paying it and saying it was too soon even though they asked for it, had to complete forms twice. I’ve never had so many forms and messages from a property in my life. Noisy as of location but we expected this.

Poca pulizia, in cucina c’erano gli scarafaggi, nei bagni scarsità di carta igienica e sapone. Terzo piano con scale pericolose. Sotto casa licali notturni che impediscono di dormire e riposare.
