Over run with dogs which can eat with owners at the table, not below but actually on the furniture. Hotel provides dog dinners and breakfast. UK gone dog mad!

Lovely hotel, the grounds surrounding it were beautiful. Lots of wild birds. There is a Park and ride station across the road which is super convenient for going into Whitby town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The evening meal we had at the hotel wasn't great so we chose to eat out the following night. The breakfasts were very nice though and plenty of choice. There was a good selection of board games to use which helped keep my son entertained when we got back to the hotel in the evening. Would definitely return.

The window in the room we had didn't open which made it very hot during the night. There was a ceiling fan but it didn't really help much.

Room was very warm as the window didn’t open but a fan was provided. Also a little dark. Good food and pleasant staff

Needed more staff at dinner service. Unfortunately sitting by babies and dogs.

Location, park and ride being across the road, the view from the beer garden, the staff & Room layout being over 2 stories.

Our room only had a skylight window, the window blind wouldn't open therefore was very dark in our room, would have prefered a room with an extra window for light and ventilation, due to warm weather it was very stuffy in our room. alot of drink options at the bar were out of stock. a complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch.
