No complains at all. everything was perfect.

Small cozy location, well-equipped accommodation, clean, excellent bed linen. Excellent bathroom, shower, washing machine, special thanks for the laundry detergent! The kitchen is also well equipped with appliances and utensils. There is a private lawn and excellent garden furniture.

It was stuffy outside, they brought us a fan, it was good, but it didn’t help very well. Upon separate request, they promised to bring a portable air conditioner, but we did not ask, since our stay was only five days Also, be warned that since the accommodation is very close to the lake and entertainment, in the evenings during the entertainment program it was too loud, it was as if you were in the middle of loud music until 11 at night, and on Sundays until 12 at night. We treated this with humor, but families with small children and sensitive people need to know this

The location, the garden, the facilities (except for the missing air conditioning...).

We stayed at the same place last year (2023). We liked it a lot except for the fact that there was no air conditioning (although it was mentioned under "facilities" already back then), so too hot during the night. The host said it would be available next year. Unfortunately, when we arrived this year (2024), it turned out it still wasn't installed. They put some kind of fan in the room which they said was sufficient for a small appartment like this. It wasn't able to fulfill the need however so at night temperature would not drop below 26º with windows open... We experienced some bad nights because of this (open windows allowed street noise in as well). I asked for a gesture/discount after we left but it was denied because I should have told during our stay. I have had a bad experience with hosts getting grumpy when complaining so this is why I waited. The whole situation could have been avoided if proper a/c was available as promised (and as still displayed in the description). So please be aware, during hot weather you will experience hot nights until proper a/c is made available.

Amazing private house, well equiped, very friendly host, near lake and childrens playground, perfect for families

This appartment offers everything you need. Close to the lake with comfortable grass beaches, bars, supermarkets, restaurants; super nice views surround you. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. Contains a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer. There is a big smart tv and excellent wifi. The garden is nice and spacious, perfect for having a nice bbq.

The aircon wasn't working yet. As the appartment is in a busy area, trying to cool down the place at night with the windows open allows street noise in. But the owner is working on it; once installed the place is perfect and we will visit again!
