very comfortable yand great location also close to train station

If you are traveling by train like us, this location is perfect, minutes from the station and you can almost see lake Como from the backyard. Nextdoor is a park with large playground, perfect for kids up to 6 years old or so. Our kids used the sleeping couch in the living room which is perfect for just one night. If you stay longer, the house is perhaps a little small. If the upstairs is finished (it looks like an upstairs is planned?) it will be even more perfect!

It is located in the central of small town, 10 minutes walking to Como lake. Restaurant is just some meters away from the property. What I like the most is the house, everything ist still new and modern. Big garden for chilling and for kids to play. The kitchen is fully equipped you dont need to bring anything your self. Even for laundry. Sylvia the host is nice and helpful. Would love to stay there again 😊

The hostess was very nice and kindly shared information about the local city, discount coupons for visiting restaurants, etc. Parking was free in a designated area in front of the house. The house is new and all the furniture and appliances were new and comfortable. Sound insulation was very good. The garden was nice, there were table and chairs, possibility of grilling. Restaurants are a few minutes' walk away.

More like a joke, to draw conclusions! When we went to sleep, we found pieces of a tree branch between the sheets. It was probably a joke of the previous visitor so that we could see whether the bed linen had been changed before our visit or not :) But there they were :)

We liked absolutely everything. We had a wonderful stay. It's always a nice feeling when everything is still new and you're one of the first ones to use it. There's everything you need in the kitchen except for oil, spices etc. If you're going to cook in the kitchen then you'd have to buy all of it or bring it with you. We've used the grill outside and it was great, although we used ordinary forks to turn the meat. The bed is super comfy and cozy. The entire place is super nice, you want to stay there for longer. The host answers fast if you have any questions and is helpful. There was another family in the second half of the house and we didn't hear absolutely anything, although they were with 2 kids. So the soundproof system is amazing! We've recommended the place to our friends and would love come back ourselves. We had a wonderful cycling day on their rented bikes. We're totally satisfied with everything! Thank you very much! We see how much work has been put in the house.
