The best hotel to visit when in Cape Town in winter especially. The staff are friendly and professional and always willingly to make the extra effort for even the smallest request.

It was as always all good.

Centrally located. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The view is delightful. Access to hotel amenities and valet parking are a welcome convenience.

I would have appreciated a throw in the lounge and an extra blanket in the bedroom to obviate the need for aircon on a chilly night.

Beautiful and spacious, very comfortable bed, everything you need for a comfy stay!

A one hour delay on check in was irritating, as it was cold and very wet outside, as were we! Reception staff were outstanding however, so this is not actually a complaint, as it was dealt with so well.

Phenomenal apartment with all the perks of hotel living.

We loved everything from the check in to check out all was fantastic! The unit itself is amazing and its picture perfect; what you see if what you get! Very Clean comfortable and has everything you need to a holiday home. We had our meals at the Mint and Bombay and they were fabulous…the hotel is in a safe location and there are many restaurants nearby.
