the wifi doesn’t work in the bedrooms only in the living room

I was very happy on a previous day stay in one of these flats however this time it was not clean. The beds were not made. The dirty linen and towels were just in piles on the floor. It was not possible to stay there. I asked for something to be done between 4 pm and 10 pm and nothing was done so I had to make other arrangements.

The windows are neat, everything is nice, not neglected, quiet place, I travel a lot with work, it's great

Good use of space, and the layout of the property and furniture/ decor was nice.

Check in was one hour late as we hadn’t been provided with check in details. Was told that this was escalated 3 times before anything was actually done about this. The number to message had someone on the other end who couldn’t actually access the booking information which proved really quite unhelpful when there was issues with check in. Led to a really stressful start to our stay and ruined our evening plans as a result. Upon arrival the property was nice and appropriate linen/ toiletries had been provided. Bedding appeared clean but the bath mat appeared to have some staining on but nothing too concerning. When opening the cupboard to use plates, glasses and mugs, all were visibly dirty as if they had been rinsed only and not properly washed. Marks and grime was removed once washed again so it wasn’t that they were permanent stains so just felt a bit gross, but understandably hosts cannot check cupboards etc between each stay. Crumbs underneath and behind toaster so this hadn’t been cleaned properly and some areas of the property were dirty/ dusty on the floor but again this wasn’t too concerning, we just felt that we had to keep shoes on throughout. Booked for 4 people but when attempting to use cutlery there was only one fork so we ended up going out for dinner instead. Aside from this there was adequate equipment to cook with. Bathroom was clean and shower had decent water pressure and good temperature range. A bin liner in the bin may have been nicer as it felt a bit gross knowing that sanitary items may have been in there. As for location - the surrounding area is great, with multiple restaurants underneath the apartments, a pub and Indian takeaway opposite, and a Tesco for shopping all which were lovely to use throughout the stay. Lovely views as well with terrace access at both the rear and front of the apartment. However due to being an apartment complex and I’m assuming the surrounding businesses noise was a bit of an issue.

The location with its shops and restaurants was good apartment was very clean and tidy kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need

There was no cleaning facilities like a hoover or a brush we were there a week so needed to tidy up a bit we asked for early entry was told we would be told when apartment was ready they were going to make it a high priority we got there cleaner was still cleaning as we were going to a concert we booked into a hotel and went to apartment next day our fault maybe we should maybe of booked day before
