Shops and restaurants below the apartment and a beer garden across the road was perfect.

The check in process was a little bit of faffing about. The lockbox should be in a more obvious position or instructions / a photo sent as a message. Make sure to pay the deposit way in advance of arriving or you'll be waiting for the door code access.

Modern, clean, good location

It was a place to sleep only so overpriced but the price is deceptive as after booking you are then asked for a £350 deposit. On top of that there is a £39 damage waiver. The facilities are no better than, for example, a Campanile. Being summer, we were awake early too as the blinds allow so much light in. Not value for money.

It was spacious Modern Well equipped and cosy

First off the check in was an absolute pain, we had to complete a lot of steps online that we did not know. Also we had to choose between paying a security deposit of £350 that was refundable in 5 working days or a non refundable £40 fee. This was not in the description of the add, maybe it was a very well hidden T&C. After we managed to do that, there are so many online steps to complete, to get access to the code, it is very time consuming and stressful. We ended up at the property just to find out that the bad was used, had human hairs on the sheet, toilet and shower used, used towels on the floor, basically no one cleaned. So again it was dreadful to try to contact them again, they offered to send someone to clean, which would have taken again, extra time, it was late we were tired, and only after a lot of convincing they gave us an other apartment. Honestly, not a good experience

It's clean and modern inside and has a fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, and utencils. Also provided dishwasher and washing machine pods and cleaning products. Is passcode and lockbox entry for the key and was simple to gain entry. Location has everything you need, having a tesco express with a cash point and gregs below, pub bang opposite and a pizza and indian and a wine bar close too. To say it has a high volume of people attending the local amenities, it was quiet and a lovely place to stay. It is really comfy and overall will return when back visiting the area. Good value for money and worked out better than the hotels. Not far from the centre and taxis was not that expensive.

There's nothing really to moan about being here. However, if i did have to mention a slight negative, there was a bag of rubbish that had ripped and was left next to the door on the main walkway so wasnt really nice to walk out on. Everywhere else was clean. It was cleaned the next day, but it had spread down the walkway, possibly by birds/animals, as it seemed to have food waste in it. Also, maybe a personal one as we were a group of 3 women, but a mirror in the bathroom wouldn't go a miss.

Beware. I first had a sense something was off when I had 3 messages in my inbox and phone calls on the day of check in to secure a security deposit which was not made clear to be on booking. This is £37 if you pay upfront as a one off charge and £2 if you take the waiver option. They charged me for both??? When I arrived on site there was no one to greet me. I eventually found the apartment (lucky the security is lax) I called Stayright and with their assistance finally found the lockbox and was given the code over the phone. (The code I had been emailed did not work) Stay was fine, great location, apartment could have been cleaner. On the day of departure the cleaner arrived and we left the keys on the hall table… would have left them in the lock box but the cleaner was around and I couldn’t remember the code I was given by phone a few days ago. I got a phone call a little while later we were already on the motorway home… Stayright saying that they were surprised I hadn’t left the keys in the lock box and they’d need to get a locksmith out. I’m shocked that they do not have a spare key or master key… what if there was a fire or a medical emergency? A week later and I’m yet to see an invoice for this supposed locksmith. Will be staying elsewhere next time I’m in Cardiff.
