The location was nothing short of breathtaking; truly spectacular in every sense. We had full access to all the world-class facilities at Zimbali, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. From serene nature walks to family-friendly amenities, every moment was a delight. Our toddler had an absolute blast, and the entire family felt relaxed and well-catered for. A perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

If we had to point out a couple of downsides, the pool at the house was a bit too cold for comfortable use, which was a pity given how inviting it looked. We also noticed some unusual odors coming from a few of the kitchen cupboards, which could use a bit of attention. These were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Open plan living area was great.

The place was very comfortable, neat and tidy. The facilities were great. I liked all the lovely appliances and the aircon downstairs. I appreciated the inverter since we had experienced load shedding.

The aircon upstairs was really bad and quite insufferable. The temperature was just unbearable no matter how low it was set. It never cooled. Sleeping was difficult because it was humid. I was disappointed that my day visitor was not allowed. The general shower shelves were inaccessible as they were fixed at a position that no normal sized human could reach; maybe only Hagrid could've accessed them. It also lacked a fan for cooling the bathroom.
