Palm Vista Retreat *Hot Tub/Cowboy Pool/Hammocks*

Well equipped, great location, loved the outdoor space

Floors were a bit dirty

Great location. Great garden and so close to park and town

Great location, very close to the national park and to the restaurants and stores, the gas fire pit was very nice, and the beds were comfortable

The jacuzzi water didn’t look clean and the jets didn’t work properly, not enough cups

The location was ideal, nice furniture and kitchen amenities.

The shower head was a bit confusing to use. We couldn’t figure it out, so we just left it as is.

The hot tub was nice and so was the view of the sky and we always received quick responses from the host when contacting them.

Safety issue of the stove knobs not working properly, when turning them on and off they would fall off so there was concern of a gas leak as we could smell gas. The fire pit did not work, the outside lights did not work either. Also, the tv turned on multiple times during the night disrupting our sleep and the couch was very close to the wall so we kept hitting our heads on the wall.

Location

Not thoroughly clean, candy wrappers found under the couch. Ac remote in living room not working, tv remote controls also not working. No actual dining table inside the house, individual small folding tables only for use. Bathroom switch for shower is very hard to turn

The staff responded within a timely matter! Also the TV options were pretty good.

The pool was dirty, as was the hot tub. The pool guy came and did a great job, but we couldn't use anything till 3 on saturday, and seeing as it was freshly done, my daughter got a rash. The house was also dirty with cheese puffs and stuff in the couch and a gang of dirt behind it. There was a black and mild floating in the hot tub, beer cans under the pool, and a make shift pipe in a hammock. For all this I was offered a 2pm check out. I paid a cleaning fee to be in a dirty place that I rented for the pool, which was used for all of about 2 hours or so! Not cool at all. They could have tried to work things out a little more!
