"Nice three-bedroom location close to Joshua tree and grocery stores."

Wonderful location close to grocery stores and only 5-10 minute drive from the west entrance into Joshua Tree national park. The inside was well air conditioned and comfortable in each room. Enjoyed the bed and the clean up requirements are completely reasonable. Really cozy outdoor setting with lots of hammocks and swinging chairs. Nice outdoor fireplace area. There is excellent indoor air conditioning. Included Coffee which was nice.

The fireplace propane tank was empty, and I had to exchange and purchase my own. The couch is pushed against the windowsill, and we banged our head multiple times sitting down. The table outside is missing washers so full apart when we moved it. Luckily it was an easy fix to put back in place. Outdoor area could use a little bit of extra sweeping but otherwise great.

"Nice place, but not worth it in the long run, with all the taxes and fees…"

Very disappointed. There is no reason why the price should be $150 cleaning fee, plus $50 in taxes. It looks like a good deal initially and it ends up being double the price. Highway robbery, especially since we did all the cleaning.

convenient and clean minus the couch. the ac was nice and cold.

Some of the stuff wasn’t fully working. sorta needs to be kept up more and improved. we put blankets over the couch because it was disgusting.

"This could be top notch but needs more attention"

Location Location. Location Close to the park entrance and downtown Comfy beds Yard is cute but needs attending to

Cleanliness not visible! Top of fridge filthy(noticed by a tall individual) Trash in front and back yard. Dog poop in backyard 4 empty propane cylinders(and I don’t want to pick up refill (if empty) Strange noise from bathroom fan in primary suite Dirty couch.

Amazing house! Very clean and has everything you need.

The fire pit is not included in the price so you may have to buy your own propane.

The beds were amazing!! Extra blankets provided. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool or hammocks.
