Cliff Lane Annexe: stylish in a perfect location.

Mandy and David have a lovely little modern holiday home; everything you can think of is provided, and the welcome pack is comprehensive with manuals for all of the appliances. The location is quiet, even though it is only a short distance from the town centre. Having a parking space provided is a plus. Communication was good: we had a small problem with the extractor fan in the bathroom, and it was sorted the same day while we were out.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The Annexe is so comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed is very comfortable, a great walk in shower and the decor is tasteful and pleasing. Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean everything you could need is provided. The hosts are wonderful. This is our second stay here and we will certainly be returning soon.

Everything was top notch.

Very good directions and easy check in instructions and key box code sent. Lovely friendly & helpful hosts, lovely little cosy pad with nice decor, facilities were all there. The bijoux patio area was so tidy & relaxing with pots and bistro table & chairs, small outbuilding with other outdoor facilities if needed. Private parking right outside the annexe on the drive. The location is so peaceful up a lane with two options to walk to the pier along the main footpath or turn right up the track to the coastal path a lovely stroll and not far. Highly recommend booking The Rocky Bottom, amazing crab, lovely staff and great setting. If you love animals Hillside Animal Sanctuary down the road is a must. We have two young bears to entertain so they were very Bear content 🦥. Thank you again Mandy and David 😁

Layout, cleanliness and style all fantastic. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Brilliant location, with excellent directions to local attractions.

Nothing could have been better

Great location, private parking, very beautiful annexe, very clean, they have thought of everything you could need. We were so impressed with our stay, we want to book again for next year.

Some silicon tongs would have been ideal to avoid oil splashing on the lovely cooker with some foods using the turner but that is a very, very minor quibble and probably a personal preference and not really worth mentioning 😆

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Not far from the town or beach. Very comfortable accommodation and well equipped.
