"Great little property ina na excellent location with friendly helpful hosts"

A small but lovely annexe in a great location. On the edge of the town centre but just a few minutes from the sea and a four minute walk to an excellent Thai restaurant. Very well appointed, quality fixtures and fittings. Although compact it feels like a "home from home".

Everything about this lovely annexe was perfect. Private location down a little lane. Parking right outside, so convenient for suitcases etc. A pleasant stroll to Cromer centre, through the pretty park. The accommodation has everything you need, all so comfortable and spotlessly clean. A very comfortable bed with pretty bedlinen and nice furnishings. Everything pretty much perfect. We had a fabulous little holiday.

Having to leave 😊 Nothing to complain about here, everything just right.

Excellent location with everything we needed. The owners had provided more than we would have expected.

We did struggle with the cooker hob. The electric supply didn’t appear to allow us to use more than 2 rings at the same time.
