Great house next to the River Wear. Everything was clean and felt new. We didn't want for anything. Great central location for shops, pubs and walks by the river and into the hills.

So easy to access the property using the code given. The hosts were very communicative. The property itself is beautiful and was immaculately clean. There are shops, pubs and takeaways in the village centre just a short walk away.

The property isn't the easiest to find using the instructions. A map with the instructions would help but once you've found it you can easily understand why the instructions are written as they are.

Location is close to the River Wear, easy walking distance to the shops. Neighbours are friendly.

The fact I had to go home at the end of the holiday.

Everything. Immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a lovely patio area with nice garden. Had a slight issue with heating control but one quick text and it was resolved within an hour, excellent service, much appreciated.
