Senior people cannot do with excessive contacts.Why was the code on the door changed on the afternoon of our arrival?Having no email on my phone and no internet connection for my i pad If you give a code then that should be it.

Bathrooms were well appointed & very clean. Bedrooms well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen facilities good.

The garden patio area not very welcoming, so we didn't use it which was disappointing as it was lovely weather. An unpleasant smell in the hallway & wardrobe of 1 of the bedrooms...needs investigation. Lounge very dark - needed lights on in the daytime.
