The size of the property was good with an ensuite and main bathroom plus fitted kitchen and lounge diner area.

Worst thing of all was the smell of dog! It was overwhelming. The floors were filthy - our feet were black with dirt within a few hours. The bed in the ensuite room was on wheels on a laminate floor so it slid all over the place. The host promised to get the cleaning company out but they never arrived/cleaned anything. The host did refund the cleaning fee but the stay was ruined as it was unbearable. Also the superhog deposit is ridiculous - they hold your £250 money for 14 days post check out even when the host said they had contacted them to expedite the refund. Would not recommend nor use anyone using superhog! Be warned. Still haven’t received my deposit back and it’s like a kick in the teeth after an awful stay!

Easy to collect the keys and the agent kept in contact to ask if we had settled in ok.

Bin was tiny, I would have preferred a larger stand alone bin, not in a cupboard.

The location was excellent and the property was great all the amenities you could want.

Everything was prefect, location not a problem for us a nice walk through the park to the castle. Wouldn’t have wanted anymore from our stay

The flat was very spacious and getting to the centre of Windsor was only a few minutes walk away. It was very peaceful and quiet around the location of the flat. Regular contact was made to ensure that our needs were been met. Access to the flat was very easy. This location gave the feeling of a home away from home.

Although the verification procedure is fully understood, certain aspects of it did make me uneasy. Potential guest should be informed of this procedure and it's requirements, clearly BEFORE BOOKING. There was a minor technical issue while undergoing the verification; although the issue was resolved in a timely manner, the communication (emails) were written with some bad spellings/grammar. Considering the information the guest are asked to provide, emails with bad grammar/spelling does give the appearance of a scam company which may, as it did with me, make many people nervous.

The accommodation was very clean and looks like it has just been redecorated, there is a small outdoor area which is nice to have a drink in if you get the weather, the lounge is a decent size, the kitchen is fine although we only used the fridge and kettle. We were ther as two adult couples and there was plenty of room, a nice place to stay close to the river and only a ten minute walk to the centre.

A little closer to the centre maybe.
