Nice apartment in the center of Madrid-S-EL-VERDE

Secure, no stairs, convenient to center and metro, responsive company service representatives who made it easy to check-in and check-out, A/C

Street Address wasn’t clear - number given is actually posted on the building next to the apt. The building is on an incline to walk to center areas and should be noted for persons with walking issues.

The place where you collect the keys is a bit far from the property, which can be very inconvenient, especially if you are traveling with elderly people or carrying heavy luggage, since you need to walk all the way with your bags. The bathroom also had problems during our stay. The shower was not working properly, and the drain was clogged or draining very slowly

Purtroppo la stanza con il letto a castello è uno sgombero non completamente intonacato ... e unica stanza con finestra La matrimoniale un po' strettina...

As paredes dos quartos horríveis, sem pintura parecendo mofadas.

Rettenetes szállás, az egyik legszörnyűbb, hogy 1db!!!!!!! ablak SINCS rajta(fotót mellékeltem, amin úgy tűnik, de ezek nem nyitható vakablakok) , az egyik hálószobában félig van festve a fal, a másikban konkrétan rohad az egyik oldal, borzasztóan néz ki.

La flexibilidad del check in

El apartamento no está en las condiciones que se observan en las fotografías. Ambas habitaciones tienen las paredes destrozadas. La ropa de la cama, en concreto las mantas, presentaban grandes manchas. El suelo estaba lleno de suciedad y las paredes presentan manchas.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona centrale ,quindi non hai bisogno di prendere mezzi ma puoi girare benissimo a piedi.

L’appartamento non è tenuto nel migliore dei modi. Ha muri scrostati e molta umidità. Il letto alla francese si affossava al centro quindi molto scomodo, mentre i letti a castello si muovevano molto e cigolavano soprattutto quello di sopra sembrava che dovesse crollare da un momento all’altro. Il prezzo non è proprio economico ci si aspetta un po’ di più.
