La chambre est spacieuse, avec un grand lit , très confortable, l'hotel se situe sur une des belles plages de Koh Lanta, très verdoyant, entouré des cocotiers et de plantes tropiques.Les personels sont aimable et serviable.

Très calme et tranquille dans la journée, mais le soir on entend un peu la musique qui vient du bar à côté.

The room is very spacious and private. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and enhance the beautiful setting. Shops and restaurants are very conveniently located nearby. This is the second time we have stayed at the property, I hope we can return again.

Great Location!

Staff and respect for privacy in room. This was our second time and last time staying at this property. The day before check out we were asked if we needed house keeping, the answer was “no”. We went out to explore and eat lunch. However, upon our return I noticed a bill for the mini bar from Mae. Strange, why is Mae in our room without permission?!? On top of that she didn’t even clean up the room or leave clean towels, just went in to write a bill, since the previous day Mae wrote another bill. Then we ordered 10 Mojitos (with friends) and were told the hotel is out of mint at 5pm on a Saturday. Maybe it’s an island thing and I don’t understand. Extremely unprofessional, I’ll take my business elsewhere!!

Personnel très souriant

Hôtel vieillissant,chambre qui sentait le renfermée les draps aussi. Petit déjeuner très simple. Nous avons demandé un transfert pour l’aéroport à la personne de l’accueil. Elle nous a fait une navette commune avec cinq autres hôtels, sans nous prévenir, on a failli, à cause de ça, rater notre avion, ce n’est pas du tout professionnel. cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas 4 étoiles.

Wir waren quasi alleine im gesamten Resort. Traumhafte Lage, keine 50m zu SevenEleven und zu etlichen Restaurants. 10m weg von der Strandbar. Perfekt.

Essen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

I got exactly what I wanted. Was here about 7 years ago and really wanted to come back. The location of the hotel is awesome for some one who wants a little quiet vacation. And don't forget the reef slippers!
