Vacation Village Phra Nang Lanta - SHA Extra Plus

The location is good, I liked the seafront rooms and the beautiful garden. The receptionist Chanancida was super helpful when I had questions or any special request.

The neighbouring beach bar is very noisy! They have loud music until late night. The breakfast is boring, not too many options (which probably comes from the small size of the hotel). They are using strongly destroyed pans that are unhealthy because of the micro teflon pieces that you get with your fried eggs. Comparing its price to other higher class hotel in Ko Lanta we moved to from here this hotel is highly overpriced.

Great location right on the beach with many shops nearby and excellent welcome. Great breakfast.

Very difficult to find down a side street with no signs.

Breakfast was very good - staff was very friendly thou lacked English communication skills.

Internet was terrible - didn't work at all about 1/4 of the time and was slow with some websites not being to open at all as a result. When I mentioned this to the staff (whom were very friendly) they didn't understand me. We were to stay for 14 nights but I managed to trade the last 5 nights and stay in their sister hotel in Ao Nang which had very good internet.

A la Carter breakfast was good but the choices due to the off season period was limited.

The location is great for quiet and relaxing. The best park was listening to the waves from the hammock on the balcony. The pool was great too. The restaurants and massage places just outside the hotel were good.

The breakfast is pretty abysmal and the staff mostly ignore you when you request something or were completely unhelpful. The whole place is quite rundown and needs some refurbishment.

It’s small and quiet, even as they renovated the checkin area. The staff were friendly and helpful! Awesome breakfast selection and great location, walkable to 7Eleven and k.Himalaya.

Our room had ants, which I’m sure is typical in a tropical area. Staff had no problem spraying and cleaning as asked.

Staffs were completely helpful Support everything In front of the beach Quiet and calm to stay for long weekend
