רמת הניקיון נוראית לא ניקו את הדירה והיה ריח כבד של קנאביס וסיגריות גם כאשר פנינו לבעלי הדירה בכל דרך מרחו אותנו ואף לא הסכימו לתת פיצוי על כך הרגיש מזוהם לללון שם והיינו שם אולי שעה ברגע שהגענו כך גם יצאנו מהדירה ולא לנו שם כלל בטיפול מול בוקינג , לקחו מאיתנו כסף גניזה לאור יום מה שרואים בתמונות לא דומה למציאות היזהרו! יש כל כך הרבה תמונות שאין לי איך להוסיף לכאן פשוט דירה במצב רע

Falta de limpieza. Sábanas y toallas muy sucias. El suelo ni barrido y todo lleno de pegotones. Ni bolsa de basura en el cubo principal. Faltaba un edredón.

The location was good, close to metro.

The heat in the bedrooms didn't work. We slept the first night without heat. Next morning we notified the management company. They sent a repair person that adjusted the temperature on the thermostat but didn't wait to check if heat was acrually working. They assumed we didn't know how to use a thermostat. Of course it didn't fix the problem, and when we got back to the apartment later in the day, we contacted them again. By then, it seemed another person from the office was answering messages, so we had to explain everything all over again. Nothing was done that night, so we had to sleep a second night with no heat in mid Winter. The next day they finally brought portable electric heaters to make up for the problem. Then, if that was not enough, the hot water stopped working too. Maintenance came the next morning and fixed that.
