"La ubicación es muy buena pero el trato o el personales malo, decían que alas 15h podíamos hacer el check in y no podíam"

El desgaste de las instalaciones, no se corresponde con las fotos, el lavavajillas no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado solo disponible en el salón, en el baño humedades….

Casa sporca, capelli e polvere ovunque, lenzuola macchiate, si è staccato un pezzo di plastica dalla parete che è caduto addosso a una persona facendole male Il check in doveva essere dalla 15 in poi, sino alle 15:30 non ci hanno dato il codice, non rispondevano al telefono e nemmeno ai messaggi Successivamente ci hanno detto che la struttura stava finendo di essere pulita, ma in realtà siamo arrivate ed era sporco ovunque Servizio clienti pessimo
