Comodidad y estilo para 9 en Calle de Luciente E2

El apto, estaba ordenado, muy acorde a las fotos y estuvimos cómodos en nuestra instancia.

Looking at the rating and some of the reviews on Booking, I have to admit I was pretty worried before arriving – but we really didn’t have much choice. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised! The apartment has a lot of charm and is in a perfect location. We stayed there as a group of 4 adults and 4 children, and it worked out well for us. Of course, the kitchen could definitely use an update – the furniture is very old and has a musty smell. That said, I truly believe this apartment has great potential. It was clean overall, which was most important for us. There is a bit of mold in the downstairs bathroom, but considering how humid is in Spain, I didn’t find it to be a major issue. All in all, it turned out to be a much better experience than expected, and I think with a bit of renovation, this place could be amazing!

-Kitchen -One thing to note for families with younger children: the stairs going down are quite narrow and there are no safety railings, so it could be a bit of a challenge.

Great location. Good size accommodation.

We had no hot water for the first 2 days. We contacted the property who sent someone out and he couldn’t fix it. We were especially confused as the apartment had just been cleaned so surely this should’ve been noticed then. Communication about this was very poor and not great having no hot water for showers/washing up. We also requested more cups and glasses as there were only 4 of each and were told these would be brought to the property the next day, but nothing appeared. The instructions for getting to and into the apartment were very minimal and confusing and took a long time for us to find the actual place. Very disappointing as overall it’s in a great location and a lovely apartment, it was just let down by the lack of communication.

Great location, I recommend la Taberna de Eduardo for good breakfast and tapas. The apartment is on the ground floor. It's hard to find parking on the same street, but there is a parking garage 7 minutes away. We were a party of 7, and it was comfortable for all of us.

No a/c in the rooms, especially on the basement.

Location and quality of apartment was amazing, would stay again next time in Madrid

Property was in a good location. Hosts were nice. Easy check in & check out.

The property smelt very badly of cigarette smoke, this was our biggest problem with the place. The downstairs bedrooms had no natural light & was noisy at night.
