The Stable - cottage with a spectacular lake view

Beautiful location and view, lovely hosts and Bertie the dog was exceptionally cute.

Ronnie and Laura are wonderful hosts and happy to help, whether it's getting you settled in and familiar with the area or just being friendly.

The view on the nearby lake is spectacular, the lodge itself is spacy, appropriately equiped en very clean. The owner, Ronny, is a true delight/character and welcomed us wholeheartedly when we arrived. We felt at home instantly and had some great laughs during our stay.

Nothing really. In comparison with e.g., Ardnamurchan and the Isle of Skye, the landscape and views are totally different, but when you love lakes and forests, this is the place to be in Scotland!

Wendy was our host and she was so helpful. She even helped me wash our hire car before we returned it. The cottage is adorable with amazing views, that change with the weather. I cannot fault this place. We will be back.

Wasn't aware people were staying upstairs (a little noisy).

Amazing quiet location, brilliant friendly hosts with loads of suggestions for the local area and a glorious quiet outside space. There is a very friendly dog owned by the host if you have your own pet or aren't keen.

Could be small for longer stays but lovely cozy couples getaway

We had a great time in Laura and Ronnie's cottage. The views are amazing and the location is excellent for walking. Check in was super easy and Laura and Ronnie were always on hand to help with anything. We also made use of the spa access which was a great bonus. Thank you!

What a fantastic location and property we loved how Cody and warm the cottage was and the breathtaking views and what a welcome we received from Ronnie. We will certainly look to return when we can Definitely a Hogmanay to remember!
