"Lovely stay in a beautiful area"

Beautiful view, in a lovely peaceful location and the owners were lovely, nothing was to much bother! Had a lovely walk right on the door step and was close to many other walks near by. It’s amazing they alone dogs on the stay with no extra charge!

The most annoying thing what was nothing to do with the owners but you could hear the people upstairs ever move! They were very heavy on their feet as well as dragging the furniture along the floor what was annoying when you were trying to sleep.

The Stables was an absolutely beautiful place to stay with incredible views and amazing location to go out and explore the Trossachs. The hosts were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and got the most out of the visit. The place itself was very cosy, comfy and really warm (which was great after a day of hiking and swimming in the nearby lochs!) The bathroom was fabulous with a really well sized bath. The kitchen had everything you could need. Overall a really lovely stay at a really lovely property.

"Very comfortable and well presented but lacks privacy."

Comfortable house, well presented and maintained at a good price point. Lovely welcome pack of bread, butter, milk etc. (though no tea or coffee), Smart TV. Leisure centre use very welcome. Conveniently located on a good road, with the Coop at Aberfoyle around 5 minutes away.

Lacks privacy, very close to main house and overlooked on decking and visible arriving and leaving each day. Smell of smoke occasionally from alley behind owners house next to deck. Noise coming through the walls and ceiling from the attached holiday let. They weren’t being loud, just walking around and speaking, but it was loud enough to wake me up before 7 most mornings.

Stunning views even better than promised! Very comfortable, great amenities ( only missed a hairdryer and a whisky glass 😉) and a wonderfully helpful and lovely host.
